In the following disclaimer, “Stock Moe'' includes himself, Mrs. Moe, and/or any associates that are working on his behalf. “User” refers to any person watching or commenting on Stock Moe’s YouTube videos, any member of Patreon, Whop, and/or YouTube Channel member, any Discord member, any follower or non-follower within any social media platform, any person reading and interacting with StockMoe.com, any listener on the Stock Moe Money Show Podcast, any Stock Moe Academy user, any person utilizing Moe’s Bread Recipe Indicator or Bread Bot on any platform in any capacity, and/or any persons reading/viewing/using any Stock Moe portfolios, resources (free or paid), or due diligence documents. 

All users of Stock Moe’s YouTube Channel, Patreon, Whop,  Stock Moe Academy, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, any/all other social media accounts associated with Stock Moe, Stock Moe Academy, Stock Moe Money Show Podcast, StockMoe.com website, any Stock Moe portfolios (past or present), and/or any Stock Moe resources (including trading indicators) or due diligence documents are deemed to have reviewed and accepted all policies within this disclaimer.

Stock Moe’s content is for educational purposes and entertainment only. Stock Moe is no longer a licensed broker/financial planner. Stock Moe removes himself from liability for any comment content that is defamatory, infringing, or unlawful. Commenters are directed to use the report feature as well as the report user flag that is on each YouTuber’s channel for any content in Stock Moe’s YouTube, the report feature for each message on Discord, and the ‘reporting tool’ for Patreon creators and the ‘report this content’ tool for Patreon comments for any comments on any of these platforms that are defamatory, infringing, or unlawful. In addition, commenters on social media or Stock Moe Academy are directed to use the report feature that is specific to each platform for any comments on any of these platforms that are defamatory, infringing, or unlawful. Stock Moe removes himself from any liability for all comments and messages. Stock Moe’s comments and messages are not intended to malign any religion, ethnic group, club, organization, company, or individual.

Through YouTube, Discord, Patreon, Whop, Twitter, Instagram and any/all other social media, you may be able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Stock Moe. Stock Moe has no control over the nature, content, and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them. Any links that Stock Moe posts may become outdated or invalid. 

Stock Moe reserves the right, but does not assume any responsibility, to edit or delete any material that seems inappropriate for the Stock Moe YouTube channel, Discord server, Whop group, Patreon group, Stock Moe Academy courses, Twitter, Instagram and any/all other social media. YouTube comments cannot be relied upon to contact Stock Moe. Users of Discord may not contact Stock Moe through private messages. In addition, he is not responsible for answering any ping or mention. In Patreon, Stock Moe is not responsible for answering any private message or any reply to a post. In Whop, Stock Moe is not responsible for answering any private message or any reply to a post. For any social media account such as, but not limited to, Twitter, Instagram, etc., Stock Moe is not responsible for answering any comment or private message. Please treat any messages in any of these platforms as you would any other non-secure messaging service. Members of any platform should not share personal information. Stock Moe is not liable for any member who releases personal information to any other member. Stock Moe is also not liable for any security breaches. Stock Moe cannot guarantee that any of these platforms are secure and confidential. The user releases Stock Moe from any liability herein. 

Your use of the Stock Moe videos and any other Stock Moe platform is not intended to create and does not create a professional relationship with Stock Moe. It does not constitute a contract for any kind of professional relationship. An agent for Stock Moe may answer questions submitted to the Help Desk in Whop, Patreon messaging, or the Submit-Ticket channel in Discord, but this agent is not responsible for answering all questions. Stock Moe and his agent have no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or nonperformance described in this paragraph.

• No Buy/Sell Signals: The Indicator is a visual aid for technical analysis and does NOT provide automated "buy" or "sell" signals. Any trading decisions made after viewing the Indicator are the sole responsibility of the User.

• Proprietary License: Access to the Indicator is granted as a personal, non-transferable license. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or reverse-engineering the script or providing unauthorized access to the invite-only script on TradingView.

• Third-Party Dependency: The Indicator operates on the TradingView platform. Stock Moe assumes no responsibility for TradingView platform outages, script errors, or data lag that may affect the Indicator’s performance.

• Whitelisting Process: Access is manually granted based on the TradingView username provided in Whop. It is the User's responsibility to provide accurate account information to maintain access.

• Risk Acknowledgement: As with all Stock Moe resources, past performance of the Indicator does not guarantee future results. Trading involves significant risk, and Users should only trade with capital they are prepared to lose.
